VTubeTools.com is a great little utility that allows you to create a custom YouTube player and background. I recently did a web page that needed a small YouTube video embedded onto it. The page had a dark green background and the player background was white. Not very nice looking. By using VTubeTools.com I was able to customize the player so that it looked like an actual part of my site.

The best thing was that it was really easy to use and to change the code. Check it out and let me know what you think….

Now granted, I just went out and surfed around Youtube to find out what people think, but I know from experience how difficult it is to get good video. Many times it just involves being at the right place at the right time. Most times it is just an everyday opportunity that you get in the normal routines of your day. Those are the kind of things that people can relate to or find interesting. Xshot is a tool that can help with that by not having to carry around alot of gear. Just your phone or pocket HD camera and the Xshot mini. That’s it, you are ready to go.

Well, adding video to your Linkedin Profile is not a new feature anymore, but it sure is nice to know how to do this. Checkout the video and try it out for yourself. With Linkedin’s new features and popularity, having your Linkedin profile completed is a big plus whether you are looking for a better work opportunity or just looking for a way to connect to other people with similar interests.

Here is a video that I put together showing how I put together the steadycam that joshdoube did a video on recently. I ran into a few catches, but overall it went really well. I have included some test footage at the end of the video. Please be kind as this is the first time I have used this setup. It will get better with practice. Let me know if you have any suggestions. Today my obsession turned to trying to really lock down what I want to do with regard to getting a steady cam for my Zi8 and/or my iPhone 3Gs. So here are some of the videos that I found.
